NW Maids endeavors to pair you with the right pro for your home every time. We offer a free reclean of the missed areas/items within the first 7 days of your initial cleaning. If you’re not happy with the quality of the service provided by your pro(s), let us know within 24 hours of the job, and we’ll work to make it right. And in the rare event of damage, we have got your back! Every booking made through the NW Maids platform is insured.
Subject to certain terms and conditions that can be found here, Our 200% Happiness Guarantee applies if:
- The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction, or your property was damaged as a direct result of the service booked through the NW Maids platform*
- The service was completed within the past 72 hours. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate occurrence.
- Your account is in good standing without unpaid balances.
*In the event of damage or a missing item, NW Maids will require documentation to prove value, ownership and damage in order to process the claim
